“BODY AND SOUL”: QUAIS OS BENEFÍCIOS DA ESPIRITUALIDADE PARA OS INDIVÍDUOS E AS ORGANIZAÇÕES? DESBRAVANDO OS CENÁRIOS DE PESQUISA E (RE)DESENHANDO NOVAS OPORTUNIDADES
Resumo
O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar os benefícios da espiritualidade no trabalho para indivíduos e organizações, por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura. Foram analisados 37 estudos da base de dados Web of Science. Os resultados destacam a relação da espiritualidade com liderança, desempenho, gestão do estresse, comportamento de cidadania organizacional, satisfação e bem-estar. Também foram evidenciados benefícios para indivíduos (como maior motivação) e para organizações (como aumento da produtividade). Esse estudo apresenta como contribuição a sistematização do conhecimento disponível com os principais avanços no campo, destacando os benefícios da espiritualidade para os indivíduos e para as organizações. Além disso, a agenda de pesquisa apresenta oportunidades ainda inexploradas e que podem contribuir para o avanço progressivo da temática.
