A IMPORTÂNCIA RELATIVA DOS FATORES DE RISCO DE GERENCIAMENTO DE PROJETO NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE NOVOS PRODUTOS EM BANCOS DIGITAIS

Resumo


O gerenciamento de riscos em projetos de desenvolvimento de novos produtos (DNP) é fundamental para as organizações, especialmente em mercados inovadores como o das fintechs. Este trabalho objetivou identificar os principais fatores de risco no gerenciamento de projetos de DNP em bancos digitais, entendendo como a importância relativa desses fatores muda quando analisada por profissionais diferentes áreas. Realizou-se uma pesquisa na literatura, seguida do uso da técnica Delphi e do cálculo do Índice de Importância Relativa (IIR) de 20 fatores de risco em projetos de DNP. Esses fatores foram a base para o questionário aplicado. A análise dos dados mostrou diferenças estatisticamente significativas em seis fatores de risco. A principal contribuição do artigo é apresentar um modelo com os mais importantes fatores de risco relacionados ao gerenciamento do projeto, em projetos de DNP e análises sobre a variação dessa importância. Como contribuição prática, a criação do modelo auxilia os profissionais a compreenderem melhor os principais fatores de risco relacionados a projetos de DNP, possibilitando um planejamento mais eficaz e detalhado dos riscos associados a esses projetos.
