ESCALAS DE MEDIDA DO ENGAJAMENTO CÍVICO: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA

Resumo


O presente estudo buscou mapear estudos que envolvam escalas de medidas quantitativas de engajamento cívico. O método da pesquisa é uma revisão de literatura com base no Modelo PRISMA, considerando a busca por artigos com os termos “scale”, “civic engagement” e “citizen engagement” no período de 2001-2024. Após os filtros da revisão, 10 artigos foram analisados. Os resultados apontam que as escalas de engajamento cívico são: i) publicadas em diferentes áreas; ii) uni e multidimensionais; iii) medidas predominantemente pelo comportamento e atitude; iv) avaliadas por amostras de público jovem e estudante; v) abrangem o ambiente on-line e off-line; e vi) há espaço para abordagem de temas da contemporaneidade. Em conclusão, o artigo auxilia na desmistificação de abordagens quantitativas para a mensuração do engajamento cívico. A revisão demonstra como as escalas são desenvolvidas até o momento e como no futuro podem teorizar o engajamento cívico considerando aspectos multidisciplinares e temas contemporâneos.
