ESTRATÉGIAS DE IMPLANTAÇÃO E GESTÃO DE HUBS DE INOVAÇÃO: O CASO DO SUPERA PARQUE
Resumo
Este estudo examina as estratégias de implantação e o modelo de gestão dos hubs de inovação do SUPERA Parque. A pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa, baseou-se em entrevistas em profundidade com o responsável pelo programa de inovação aberta (IA) do SUPERA Parque e representantes de empresas âncoras. Os resultados indicam que as empresas participam dos hubs para acessar conhecimento externo, fortalecer conexões no ecossistema de inovação e fomentar soluções criativas. O SUPERA Parque apoia a estruturação das iniciativas, definindo estratégias, planos de ação e promovendo a criação de um núcleo estratégico que reduz a aversão ao risco e desenvolve cultura de inovação. Os hubs utilizam serviços como parcerias com startups, hackathons, bootcamps e vínculos com centros de pesquisa, evidenciados nos casos analisados. O estudo aponta que a eficácia dos hubs está relacionada à integração entre estrutura, processos, atividades e cultura, posicionando-os como mecanismos organizados que permitem às empresas gerenciar a inovação de forma colaborativa e estruturada.
