DESAFIOS DA CRIATIVIDADE: EXPLORANDO TROCAS SOCIAIS EM ECOSSISTEMAS CRIATIVOS

Resumo


O objetivo do estudo foi analisar os desafios para a realização de trocas sociais em um ecossistema criativo. As trocas sociais compreendem elementos das relações humanas que são exercitados em eventos como o Dia Mundial da Criatividade. O método do artigo se caracteriza como qualitativo exploratório com a aplicação de uma entrevista semiestruturada com 26 participantes, entre organizadores, palestrantes e ouvintes, do evento em Caxias do Sul (RS). A pesquisa identificou que: (i) as características do ambiente de trabalho influenciam as trocas; (ii) as ações e práticas criativas devem ser incentivadas para além dos eventos sobre criatividade; (iii) o ecossistema criativo tem que possibilitar informações e experiências entre os profissionais para que possa facilitar a inovação nas empresas. Este estudo contribui para a compreensão da dinâmica dos ecossistemas criativos e como estes podem proporcionar informações e experiências para orquestração da criatividade nas empresas.
